This wall sculpture is a reproduction of the head of Apollo Belvedere, I have personally crafted and casted it using gesso of Paris and then hand painted it.
In this Apollo version, I have paid partial attention to reproducing the stone effect in order to create an authentic look and feel.
To achieve this, I used different shades of the same colour on various parts of the sculpture in order to add texture and depth to its volumes.
The images depict the actual statue for sale.
The lifestyle image illustrates how the sculpture can enhance any indoor wall.
